The room is part of the 55 square meter apartment.

Rental 555¤ / month (+ 700¤ rent security deposit) including electricity, water and WLAN access.

Length of lease: 1.1-31.5.2019
On March I will go to Philippines for 2-3 months so lessee resides alone at that time and needs own home insurance then and the rent will be little bit higher.
I DO NOT ACCEPT the notification to the Local Register Office (Magistrate).

The room's door can be locked.

The room has a sofa-bed, table, wardrobe, TV etc. The kitchen includes standard appliances. Spacious bathroom.
In the building is free laundry room but there is a washing machine in the apartment's bathroom also.
The grocery store and 3 restaurants are right next door. The Hakaniemi Market Square is about 250 meter near.
Excellent access to public transportation (bus, tram, metro) to all parts of Helsinki.
The City center is about 1.5 - 2 km far. The bus to the center right next to.
Good opportunities for outdoor activities. Among other things Mustikkamaa park and Helsinki Zoo are in walking distance far via the light traffic bridge.
